I didn't wake up this morning until nearly 7:00. It was nice, however I didn't realize I was that tired. I was thinking about taking a rest day, but then I had a perfect opportunity to exercise, and I couldn't resist. I did Anni Mairs Cardio Force. I really liked the workout. This is the first time I have tried it, and I'm sure I will be doing it again soon. It's a 56 minute workout which includes about ten minutes of ab-work which I really enjoyed as well. It's all cardio, but you hold onto light dumbells. I just used my weighted gloves which worked perfectly. I burned 657 calories with my average being 118. :)

We are expecting some big snow here. I had to get Sawyer early from school (the younger two then went to sleep so that's when I chose to workout).. Anyway, I am guessing we will get a snow day tomorrow. I think we are getting 4 - 8 inches.

Hope everyone had great Mondays today as well! :) Looking forward to slowing things down and doing a good strength workout tomorrow.......Darcy
