Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 Hi every one, I'm a real fan of getting a buzz off aerobics and look forward to reading from the start (which I see there is a lot to go back on) the messages so it might be a while before I actually write anything :-) I love any thing Kathy especially her step workouts. The reason I joined the group was to see what's new and hot out there !! A little about me ?? I started working out in the 80's with Jane Fonda and moved on from there, about 9 years ago I turned to bellydancing for fitness but from October 2007 returned to my love of workouts .. I surely think that my most favourite workouts is definately the Step anything with the step the more intense the better !!
