Yes, I guess Tuesday must have been Peak Fatburning day. I'm going to

keep doing this workout until I get a little stronger, I can certainly

feel some muscles that haven't been used for a while.

Tuesday must have been the day to do Kathy 's

Peak Fatburning workout -that is the one I did on

Tuesday, too!
