Guest guest Posted August 28, 2008 Report Share Posted August 28, 2008 Hi! I was tired this morning, so I went with something a little easer - Yoga Booty ballet - Basic. This is nice intro to all the elements of the YBB program. There is a little dance (to warm-up), a little ballet, a little sculpting with light weights, a little yoga and some ab/core work. This one was made before the others in the series - and was a stand-alone release at one time before Beach Body picked it up. Ravi is back with his drums and Tia and Gillian alternate leading sections of the work. Tia's hair is cut short in this one (which is how you can tell it was made before the others where Tia has her long hair!) It was fun to do this one again as it has been a long time! I'm not sure what I'm doing tomorrow - cardio is on the schedule since on Saturday I'm going to do my first Ripped workout of the rotation (I wll be missing Sunday since we're going away for the weekend). I found my charts from last year, too, so I'll be ready for the workouts with the proper weights. I guess I'll pick up where I left off and try to improve from there. Depending on energy tomorrow mornign I may do the YBB Advanced workout which, as I recall, is some low-impact dance, ballet and yoga. I'll also probably tack one of the core-ab sections on just t say I went through my YBBs this week. If I feel like I have more energy, I'll do something tougher - but it may not be a bad idea to do some light stuff in preparation for the Ripped rotation.
