Guest guest Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Weighed in this morning with a 7.8lb weight loss. I am very happy that my clothes are fitting better. My hubby has been gone all week so I am looking forward to him coming home tonight to see if he notices that I have lost weight. Tomorrow I am taking a free day. Although I admit I did go to Olive Garden with my 4 yr old a few days ago. In my defense I pushed her in her stroller (about 5 miles round trip) and all I had was salad and ice water. Today I tried making sweet potatoes and was surprised how quickly they cook in the microwave and how sweet they are without sugar. I am hoping to try fish tonight but hate fish without breading. I am going to try to grind oatmeal with a little whole wheat flour and black pepper to make a breading. I wonder how bad it will be if I dip the fish in egg whites, dust with breading and broil? I guess only the scale will tell. Hopefully I can give up breaded foods soon. I have already given up hamburger and pop this past year.
