Today I was just not super energetic so went down on my weights a little on some exercises (8s instead of 10s) but meanwhile, I grabbed 7s for double arm triceps kickbacks and they worked pretty well (I usually use either 7s or 5s). I put my all into my pushups though and did really well on every part except where you do 7 wide then 7 triceps then as many as you can any form all with no breaks in between. I did the 7 wide, did all 7 triceps (2nd time I've done that, deep with good form) but then could only do 2 standards because I'd put so much into the triceps! I also went deeper on the decline pushups at the beginning (those are very hard, you are on your toes with your toes up on a chair). I did a couple more triceps dips than last time too so that was nice. All the pushups and triceps dips are helping a lot though, I can't get my triceps to wiggle anymore! :-) Now... if only something would work as well on my inner thighs. For as much weight as I've lost and my legs really slimming down I still have wiggly inner thighs (less so than they used to be but not the way I want them to be yet). My hips are sore from all the lunges and squats in this workout... do lunges & squats do much for inner thighs (you do some plie squats but not much in here)? :-)

Tomorrow is my short day so I'm considering doing 2 or 3 workouts from 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner ( Dozois). This is a netflix rental that I think is going on my gotta have list though because I need short, power packed not dancey/choreographed cardio workouts and so far I think this fits nicely (I did the first workout and most of the 2nd already).
