Guest guest Posted June 23, 2008 Report Share Posted June 23, 2008 Hi everyone, I'm Janet, 42 years old and starting BFL tomorrow (waves to Cara and Holly). I lost 50 pounds 10 years ago and it's slowly been creeping back on. I need to lost 20 pounds and regain the muscle I had before. I love weight lifting and hate cardio! I did a boot camp last summer and made gains in strength and endurance but didn't lose any weight because I wasn't focused on eating clean.
