I was watching Biggest Loser and instead of getting my but off the couch i sat there and watched it like a lazy person all afternoon. I did do laundry and all but the snow outside and the howling wind made me want to just sit there under my blanket. My back is feeling better but im feeling bloated and more tired than ever....
