Guest guest Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 I'm hanging in there mostly. Last week wasn't so good for working out but the food was on track. I made the choice to finish some projects that had deadlines instead of working out. This week back on track with working out and navigating holiday parties. One thing I noticed yesterday, when I don't work out, I feel crabby. The world needs me to workout. I've been evaluating my long term results and while I haven't dropped as much weight as I'd have liked, I think I've dropped FAT and it can stay dropped. I'm looking at some options for next year. I'm probably going to do a detox blended with BFL eating, (it will just be more restrictive for a couple of weeks) and then I'm considering Red Carpet Ready or Jillian s just to mix it up. I'd love to go from a 12-14 to a 6-8 in the next three months. My computer at home died and is being resurrected. I'm taking pictures next week or the next and will post.
