http://ldysolana.blogspot.com/after yesterday's fiasco of a workout i HAD to stretch. i was very

tight and slight discomfort in my back. so i did 2 segments from tony little's stretch and relax program.

this is the calmest one will ever see him but the segments are good.

you hold the typical athletic stretches for a good amount of time. a

"ding" from a little bell lets you know its time to move to the next

stretch. so you can close your eyes and lose yourself. but its nothing

new or fancy here, just simple known since elementary school stretches

from hamstring pulls and quad stretches. but it was nice to get a

longer stretch.

today still sore from it all i went with a short but most effective yoga stretch workouts EVER. karen voight yoga stretch, originally from yoga power/focus but is also on her sleek/slim physique for the week dvd which has a mix of workouts from burn and firm

and yoga power. she holds the stretches for a good while but some are

pretty powerful and aren't held for longer then 10 seconds. lots of

twisting for spine and hips but lots of stretching for legs and even

mostly neglected upper body with some shoulder and tricep stretching.

her voice is calm and soft while the music is slow, beautiful, and

relaxing. just breathing through the hard spots really helps relax and

muscles being stretched and the body as a whole. just one of the best

stretch segments EVER.

time to start the monday, at least i did it in a good way. ldy_solana's fitness blogldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will
