My workout Sunday was suppose to be the All Star Workouts I recorded from Fit TV labeled Strength & Cardio and Fat Burning Dance. Well, when I played the tape, the first one was Bootcamp with Kendall Hogan and the second one was Hip Hop with Galardi. I had labeled them based on my descriptions in my dvr when I dubbed them off. Guess I should have watched them first...LOL. Anyway, I loved the bootcamp with Kendall. Lots of different weight work cycled with simple aerobics. Definitely not Cathe intense by any stretch of the imagination, but fun and something most anyone can do. The hip hop, however, was very complicated choreography and definitely not my cup of tea. It was okay, but not something I'd pull out for a good cardio workout as I spent way too much time trying to do the steps in half time to get them down.

After that, I was going to go ahead and do the next All Star Workout on that tape, which was actually suppose to be Monday's workout. It didn't record correctly. I have nothing but fuzz instead of Afro Latin Dance and the Kickboxing that was suppose to be Tuesday. I guess Monday and Tuesday will be make up days for other things I was suppose to get done in the past month. So, today, I'm planning some Gilad and Yoga and tomorrow I'll do some Yoga Booty Ballet, Gilad, and more Yoga.

i taped that kendall hogan one, i liked it but just not super intense. i like his cardio segment on the star trainers cardio dvd. he is also on http://exercisetv.tv which seems to be his new claim to fame. haven't tried that jen galardi but i did tape that one too. i like her 10 min. solution ones and so far 10-20 min is all i can handle with her choreography LOL great work kassia
