Guest guest Posted September 14, 2008 Report Share Posted September 14, 2008 i think that i last reported in on wednesday?? sorry, i cant remember exactly, and sorry for not posting more! thursday - took it easy with a 15 min walk, then a 15 min bike ride. too rushed to do abs or yoga friday - did S & L for the last time, hooray!!! used the same weights as last time. glad to be done with this one! also did housework max as ds was having company staying overnight. did not do any stretching...ugh! saturday - walked with chinook for 60 mins. saturday was my 45th birthday, so i had to change my HRM setting. i decided to rest and spent quite a few hours on the couch... watched a couple of movies. nothing special a good workout week, although i slacked off a bit near the end. didnt lose any weight this week, in fact it went back up to undo the 2 lb loss that i had last week. oh well. my own fault, im certain that i ate too much :/ sunday - start of a new workout and heathy eating week! following the ripped rotation, i first walked with chinook for 60 mins for cardio, then did 'star trainers:ab blast' #4 which is with kendall hogan. an easy routine... 10 mins. then did 'perfect in 10 yoga' #2 which had warrior and triangle, etc.... 10 mins. tomorrow is RTTC, walking and a short stretch. :*carolyn.
