Guest guest
Absolutely not and do not do it!! The injured worker drives this vehicle and that vehicle comes to a complete STOP if the worker chooses not to file a claim. With that said document EVERYTHING as per the history and that the patient refuses to file a claim. I then have them print and sign their names to the chart note why? Because they can and do change their minds and you must refund the patient's money they paid you if they later file the claim.
