Guest guest Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 Hi, This morning was Step Blast warm up and step challenge then Step, Jump & Pump Hi/lo. Since SJP doesn't have a cool down for the cardio I went back to SB and did the cool down and stretch. This routine really kept my heart rate up pretty high. Most of the entire workout is high impact. I burned 432 calories in just 45 minutes. Whenever I do SB I've always skipped the challenge because I'm too tired by the end of the combos. It was nice to start out with the challenge, I had more energy for it. It is yet another beautiful day. I hope you all have one too. ~*~~*~It's Tax Time!
