It's just under a 1/2 hour of nice work using a pink resistance band. I doubled up and walked in place when I could to bump it up at bit. This could have been 10 minutes longer by adding more leg and ab work but it was still nice and all the major muscle groups were worked in opposition. I threw in the ab routine from Cathe's Timersaver workout #5 (lower body) to get more ab work in. All in all a nice 35 minute workout. Off to work in the rain and wind!
