Guest guest Posted January 2, 2008 Report Share Posted January 2, 2008 I got a great workout in doing Imax 2 today. I did pretty well w/ it, but had to modify again, of course. Especiay those long hops w/ plyo jacks and air jacks. Oh my. Killed me. My husband has been complimenting me tons lately. It feels sooo good to be closer to my " normal " skin!!! YA-HOO - GO EXERCISE!!!! I did a ten minute Austin Ab workout afterwards off her Hit the Spot Abs. I really like the workout. It's nice to do her for a change too.. As much as I love Cathe, I try to not do her every day so I don't burn out on her!! I also bought my 30's today! I got home and tried to curl thm for the heck of it. I got it up twice on my right arm, and my left couldn't even make two! LOL... I then had my husband curl them (he does not workout), and he put them up easy enough for a set of 12, but whined afterwards how his arm hurt....
