I've been doing terrible on the diet part of BFL for the last couple of

weeks. Last week's excuse? my son's wedding that I did all the food/prep

for. This weeks? I quit smoking. (I was a weekend only smoker with

occasional boughts into more often. Average 1-2 packs a week. The

wedding/cruise/stress made it about a 5-10 cigs a day and thats just gross.

So, thats the yukky part. The good part? i'm not giving up. I'm not smoking,

this week I'm gymming every morning first thing. I've been to the grocery

store and have my healthy meals planned.

Progress,

My birthday is in three months and my goal is to be three sizes smaller by

then (from 16 to10)

Good for you Sheila for sticking with it. Stressful situations can disrupt

your best intents. And quitting smoking, that's a biggie. I quit about 7

years ago and it completely messed me up. I put on about 50lbs! Not to

scare you or anything, that's definitely not my intent, I just know it can

be tricky. You've got a plan - go for it, you WILL do it!
