Last week's excuse? my son's wedding that I did all the food/prep for. This weeks? I quit smoking. (I was a weekend only smoker with occasional boughts into more often. Average 1-2 packs a week. The wedding/cruise/stress made it about a 5-10 cigs a day and thats just gross. So, thats the yukky part. The good part? i'm not giving up. I'm not smoking, this week I'm gymming every morning first thing. I've been to the grocery store and have my healthy meals planned. I quit about 7 years ago and it completely messed me up. I put on about 50lbs! Not to scare you or anything, that's definitely not my intent, I just know it can be tricky.
