Guest guest Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 I had planned to do P90 Cardio 3-4 but this morning, after not a lot of sleep (busy too late and hubby snoring) I decided I needed to power down a bit and do 1-2 instead. I worked it really hard though to get as much out of it as possible and feel like I got a really good workout. I used my own music too and that inspired me to move faster and work harder. :-) I did Ab Ripper 100 afterwards because it is on the same tape and didn't want to first put in Ab Ripper 200. I started a lot of the crunches before Tony got "the kids" started though so I ended up with about 15 of each instead of 10. So I'll call my workout Ab Ripper 150! It all felt great, my feet loved jumping up and down in my new shoes (ahhhhh) and I'm looking forward to doing P90 Cardio 3-4 on Saturday (and probably Sunday too so I can make up for my Tuesday missed workout). Tomorrow is Friday and I have a meeting at school in the morning, then errands, then lunch with my dad and step-mother, then pick up DS at his tutor after school, then haircut for DD and dinner for all of us and eventually, I'm hoping to fit in P90 Sculpt 3-4 (though it might be 1-2 if I'm really short on time or energy)!
