Great workout Darcy. I don't blame you for not doing the kettlebell workout with a little one around.

Muscle Max is a GREAT total body workout, isn't it? I don't do that one often enough.

Yesterday, I did Muscle Max. I think I went heavier than last time, but not positive. Normally, I match Cathe's weight. Yesterday, I went higher on almost everything (I think). I did a bit of extra work on the biceps again. I didn't quite feel it enough. The abs smoked me. I burned 485 calories, but I don't remember the rest of the stats. Anyway, I didn't have the energy for the workout in the morning so I did it when Bryar was awake and Kaysar was asleep later in the morning.

Today, I woke up ready to take on The Kettlebell Way again at 5:30. I was just getting ready to get dressed and Kaysar woke up..Grrr.. There's no way I would do a kettlebell workout with him in the same room. Not now anyway. That seems way too dangerous! He has finally went down for his nap 12:30, so I'm getting my " umph " ready to go conquer that monkey now :)
