Guest guest
I'll paste a copy of the EAS photo prep advice. A lot of champions do this or something similar in order to get " thin skinned " and bring out maximum definition and vascularity. And of course, a tan and professional lighting help too. :-) ~~~ 5 Days before Photos: Cut out three portions of carbs from daily intake. Increase Protein portions to nine. Reduce sodium to 1000mg daily Drink lots of water 4 Days before: Cut out two portions of carbs. Increase Protein portions to ten. 3 Days before: Consume 1 carb, then workout, then consume 2 carbs afterwards. Protein portions still at ten. 2 Days before: Do light cardio only. Eat 6 meals with carb portions at 1.5 instead of regular size. Day before: No exercise. Drink plenty of water in the morning, but limit it in the afternoon. Reduce sodium intake to 500 mg. Take Glycerin Cocktail--25-50ml Glycerin, 4 oz Red Wine, and 12 oz water. Day of photos: Eat light meals before the photos. Do a 20 minute pump up session before pictures. Can repeat Glycerin cocktail before photos. Limit water intake until after photos. ~~~ WARNING - all of this is as likely to backfire as it is to make a big difference. :-) A lot of people who have done the psycho end-of-challenge diets regret it and feel that it was much more trouble than it was worth. But some people swear that it's the key to a good picture. Your call. There's another photo prep diet in the FAQ. http://www.taskoski.com/raylene/faq.shtm#What%20is%20this%20psychotic%2010 On Sun, Aug 24, 2008 at 8:24 AM, wrote: > Any tips on making the most of your last week? Guest guest
Thanks, . I have read that it can backfire. I am really happy with my results right now, so I think I will skip the crazies. I just wanted you to know I really appreciate your helpfulness on this loop. > I'll paste a copy of the EAS photo prep > advice.
