Okay, so it probably wasn't the wisest choice to do after a tough Cathe workout. Ugh.. My hip flexors were fried, and I didn't do so well..LOL.. I was able to do it all though, just had to modify on a couple of the exercises (scissors). The last exercise I kept up well on all the way to 40, I didn't think I'd be able to. Glad it's done! For the heck of it, I left my monitor on. I burned 127 calories in the 17 minutes :)
