Hi,

Not a great week since I got sick in the middle of it

- but I'm gettin' there. I think I only have 16 P90X

workouts to get through and then I " m done. I think I

can finish and then in February I'm going to do

something different (not sure what yet - I may just

pick a generic rotation and fit in my pile of virgin

and old-friend workouts - or I may focus on FIRMs for

awhile since that will be a big change from P90X...)

Anyway here it is:

Sun - Rest (blah day)

Monday - Star Trainers Violet Zaki's workout

(kickboxing, watched it " on demand " ), Star Trainers

Abs w/ Kendall Hogan (on demand), P90X Chest,

Shoulders and Triceps

Tuesday - KS Functionally Fit Peak Fat Burning (felt

that cold coming on so I didn't do Plyo X)

Wed - Rest (sick)

Thurs - Rest (sick)

Friday - Dance the Chakras Yoga

Sat - Regular rest day

I did do T-Tapp's primary back stretch on Mon, Tues,

and Friday. I will probably do T-Tapp Basic or Basic

Plus today just to stay loose. I think this is the

plan for this week, picking up where I left off on

P90X and moving forward!

Here are my options for this week (the schedule

depends on whether or not I skip Yoga on Monday - I

may not, I'm really enjoying it!)

Sun - cardio (short), abs (short) and Back & Biceps

Mon - Yoga and optional short cardio

or - skip Yoga and do Cardio and Core or Core/Legs

Tues - Short Cardio (optional) and core/legs or core

synergistics

or - Kickboxing (depending on what I did on Monday)

Wed - Kickboxing

or - Chest & Back/Legs or Chest & Back/Cardio/Abs

Thurs - Plyo (if I didn't do legs....if I did, may sub

out kickboxing again or something else for cardio)

or - Chest & Back/Legs

Friday - Shoulders & Arms/Cardio

or - Plyo

I guess it will come together. I'll definately be

resting on Sat and Sunday as we'll be having guests.

I hope they aren't staying until Monday - if they are

I may be resting then, too. Although by that time I

may be chomping at the bit and will do my workout in

the afternoon after they leave.

Well, at least I'm somewhat on track to finish this

up.

And then I want something REALLY FUN for February!
