LMT is not an authorized massage provider for SAIF.Also LMT's are not authorized to deliver modalities such as ultrasound or laser,but a CA is. I just have all LMT's cross licensed as CA's with OBCE and make sure your chart notes show massage was delivered by a licensed CA.. Other carriers may be more flexible, but if you satisfy the big boy in the business, you should be OK with the rest. R Johansen D.C.
