Here is what I did: 1. 30 minute treadmill walk following the 2002 Self Challenge Month 1, Week 1, Workout 1. 2. 2 minute ride on my Airdyne bike (I'm going to slowly work my way up to 30 minutes.) 3. 30 minute treadmill walk using my Debbie Dee Powerbelt workout video. 4.
