Happy New Years ladies!!I have declared 2008 a new beginning! My gym is

closed today so I have to walk/run outside. I see the importance of

having a back up plan. I think we can sometimes get so focused on our

routine that if something happens we are totally thrown off, so back up

plans will help alleviate some of that. I surely don't want to go

outside in the cold, but it doesn't matter what I don't want to do. I

know that my body needs to do it's cardio today regardless of what it's

telling me! lol Have a great day! For those of us who started

yesterday, can you imagine how good we are going to look and feel by

March 16th?!! I mean really, can you imagine how strong, energetic, and

confident we will be. We have to visualize it. I read someones post who

said they lied to themselves every day in the beginning and eventually

it became truth. I liked that alot. We have to speak it daily even if

things don't look like they are adding up to what we are speaking.

Eventually our bodies will do as we say. We are in control of it

remember not the other way around! Just so you all will hold me

accountable my size goal at the end of the 12 weeks is a size 10. I'm

in a 14/16 now. Lets see if I can make it happen! Have a great day!
