Guest guest Posted February 14, 2008 Report Share Posted February 14, 2008 hi! didn't know if i wanted to go to class today--having anxiety over my son's surgery (tonsils and adenoids) planned for tomorrow--but went anyway:) it was a sweaty workout!! sometimes it is hard to be coordinated in the early morning!! i'm still working on the kickboxing...sometimes i can get the combo on the left side but can't get it on the right. oh well--i just do what i can and try not to stop. lots of jumping jacks and " jump rope " moves--i can do that!! as i type about jump roping--i'm planning on adding that in to my running when i start in the spring. kind of like a circuit workout type thing. i have the jump sport workouts and the weighted jumprope. i tried the workouts a couple of time and they are difficult at first-- just controling the jumprope!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
