Tricep and Chest torture at the gym

Well my friend was merciless! For an hour and fifteen minutes we did nothing but triceps and chest, 3 sets of 15 reps of everything listed here, which was a lot. I can't remember everything we did but is what readily comes to mind:4 different kinds of cable machines for tricepspushups on a stability ball, ball against the wall with your hands on the sideschest flys one arm at a time on the ball, knees together so balance is difficultchest presses one arm at at time on the ball " "tricep dips on a benchoverhead presses with a 20 lb weightchest presses on this cable machine (it seriously reminds me of a medieval torture device, she kept having to adjust it for me because she's a lot taller)I know I will be sore for days, but it was just what I needed. I have a feeling would have been just as strict.Tomorrow I'm running again, might be my last time

before the race on Sunday.Nighty night!
