It is a show I taped off of FitTV back when it first became FitTV. It was called Aerobic Conditioning on the guide, but then it was a different aerobics show each day. I have a full tape that was Body Waves, another that was Tamilee Webb, and one or two more that are just labeled Aerobic Conditioning that I'm not sure what they are anymore. It was basically a 20 minute aerobic dance workout, no matter what "show" it was. I liked it because they did the full 20 minutes with no commercials and then played the commercials all in the last 10 minutes of the time slot so they are uninterrupted workouts. This one was with Jill Balkam, who I like as an instructor, even though these are easy workouts.

I'm trying to do all of my video and dvd workouts at least once this year and I'm starting with the old tapes that I recorded off of tv because they are a lot of compilation tapes and have 5 to 8 shows per tape. When I did up my video list, I had about 300 workouts that were labeled, but these compilation tapes aren't all labeled as to how many workouts there are on them, so it is adding to my count of workouts that I have to do this year. I figure if I do at least one of these tapes each week, plus 1 or 2 other workouts, then I'll get through them all this year. We'll see?!
