Guest guest
Hi ' There are many Hoodia pills on the Internet market; do you have your favorite? I suffers from food cravings that jeopardize my diet and I am thinking " a lot " about " Hoodia " .......!!!!!!!!!! But which one? The best marghe Re: Re: The Anti-Fat Pill and the Bushmen - >Eating low carb is very difficult for most people. Bread, pastry, >potatoes are omnipresent in our society. I guess that would explain the stunning popularity and effectiveness of Atkins dieting nowadays -- but note that I qualified my statement by saying that ease in giving up addictions requires sufficient fat (which is to say lots and lots of it) and quality foods, factors many Atkins dieters neglect. Whenever my fat consumption dips, my cravings come back. -
Guest guest
Part of this documentary went into the internet market. None of these pills have hoodia in them. There was an on camera confrontation of one of the sellers in their office who'd done similar before. Of course his comment was the usual l don't make public statements and he walked off back into his office. Hoodia needs to grow 5 years to provide its effectiveness. Thats being done by Pfeizer in greenhouses, likely guarded. Better off it wasn't found to be an ingredient with patent. Guest guest
> Hi , > Could you please tell me which garden of life protocol did you follow? > I have the book " patient heal thyself " in which there are many healing > protocols, one of which is for addiction.........I have been thinking about > that one!!!! > Most of the time I eat the NT way. Then.........into binging again. I want > to get out FOREVER from this devastating loop. Marghe, I did the protocol for chronic fatigue syndrome, but if my memory serves, most of the protocols were pretty similar for the more serious conditions. I'm still taking Primal Defense, FYI and RM-10 to this day (it's been about 8 mos. since I started... haven't binged on anything since... and the few times I've eaten " questionable food " , like movie popcorn, I haven't enjoyed it enough to make it worth it) In previous posts, I've gone into detail on how I used muscle testing and NAET and hormone supplements as well to recover not only from the CFS and binge eating, but from the devastating effects of months on high doses of Prednisone. They're only a few weeks back, so shouldn't be too hard to find. If your main problem is food cravings and binges, then I think the Garden of LIfe products will help a lot. I think the Perfect Food is great, because it is predigested, and easily assimilated. Same with the Goatein. I think the body craves sweets because historically, sweet foods like honey are easy for a sick body to absorb, and your body probably is not absorbing adequate nutrition from the food you're eating, because of compromised digestion, food allergies, lack of good bacteria in the gut, etc. GOL heals the digestive track, and nourishes you with easy to assimilate foods in the mean time. One thing I think is really important: I eat carbs on the NT program. Doing Atkins helped me stay thin, but it didn't stave off the cravings permanently. Knowing that I can have raw honey and the occasional properly prepared grain satisfies my body's desire for an occasional sweet. I'm finding that Potatoes and other starchy root vegetables are not an issue for me in terms of blood sugar and weight gain, but many grains are. Eating the good for me, nourishing, carbs and sugars, has eliminated my cravings for " junk " carbs. Allelujah! Good Luck! I hope this was helpful,
