Hi Tamara (and everyone else!),

Congrats on your pregnancy, although I can sure

understand your feelings of trepidation in facing a

4th! I only have one!

Anyway, I do have some VHS and DVD pregnancy workouts

and a few pregnancy/postnatal books that I'm looking

to get rid of - all I would ask in return is a

self-addressed stamped envelope or cost of shipping.

Here are the titles I have:

Yoga Journal's Prenatal Yoga - Shiva Rea (VHS) - this

was one of my favorites!

Crunch Yoga Mama -(VHS) - another good one

Yoga Zone Postures for Pregnancy (VHS)

The Method Baby & Mom Prenatal Yoga (VHS) - this one

is Kundalini yoga - different

Buns of Steel 8 - Pregnancy Workout (VHS)

Leisa Hart - Fit Mama Prenatal Workout (DVD) - this

one has 20 min cardio and 20 min yoga. I used this

one quite a bit.

I also have two pregnancy books:

Pilates Workbook for Pregnancy

Expecting Fitness (I thought this one was

exceptionally good and includes lots of post-natal

exercises as well)

Total Yoga Fire (VHS) - I liked this one and upgraded

to DVD
