Guest guest
So, I did okay w/ my workout yesterday. I put it off for awhile and moped around feeling sorry for myself first. Then, I decided to do Firm, Upper Body. I like this workout, I think it's challenging enough. I did fine with my " problem " for all the weight work. However, afterwards I decided to do tae-bo. I pulled out an old one - Tae-Bo Get Ripped Pink. I didn't realize it had 15 minutes of floor work on it, which was probably good. Standing was very hard on me and I had to sit for 90% of the workout. Very frustrating. So weird because lifting is suppose to be bad for me, but yet it doesn't seem to bother me, it's the flipping cardio! I was thinking yesterday what I could do easy enough and this seems to be upper body and lower body floor work. So, I'd like to have a plan with that and figure out which dvds have just floor work on them. Abs are okay to do. They are comfortable to me, but I have to concentrate and make sure to have correct form. I am thinking of possibly picking up a couple of yoga dvds, maybe pilates too. I haven't triied yoga in years. Now would be a good time to do that as well.... I don't know where to start though... any suggestion? I am a beginner to yoga, but yet have a pretty high fitness level. Anyway, I will maybe add some yoga in. Stick w/ my upper body.. find some floor work.. and cut down on my cardio. That's my plan. Thanks for reading my babbling.Darcy
