Friday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Slo-Mo Total Body Challenge #2. Here is the breakdown.

wobble hack squat- 15 lbs (I can't decide how I feel about this exercise)

1 arm lat pull over on the ball- 10 lb (these were different, but I liked them

cradle side lunge- 30 lb bar bell (didn't care for these)

seated row/ barbell- I didn't do this exercise in the seated position. I did standing traditional bar bell rows using 40 lbs. I got a really good burn.

Single leg squat on ball- 15 lb (this one fried me and was really hard)

Standing reverse flies- 8 lb

chest around the worlds- 8 lbs ( liked these, really felt it. I was glad there were only 2 sets)

standing concentration curl w/barbell- 30 lb

tricep dips

Core- I didn't do the core from this workout, I did the Star Trainer core with Gay Gasper. I really felt a nice burn. I just wish the workout would've been longer.
