Guest guest
Here's a letter I sent to the public comment address below to help retain the non-discrimination language. Please feel free to copy the parts that might pertain to your views and situation. - From: abowoman@... Sent: Thursday, April 05, 2012 3:43 PM To: Public.comment@... Subject: SB1509 non-discrimination language I've been an Oregon resident since 1980 and love this state. I've volunteered for government boards and committee work for over 17 years. Should the federal Patient Protection and Affordability Care Act be struck down in Supreme Court, I would respectfully ask that Oregon keep the currently accepted language in SB 1509 requiring CCOs and potentially other insurance agencies to accept equal CPT and ICD code billing for all medical providers operating withing their scope and regulated by state licensing boards. This language was approved by the Governor and the legislature in SB 1509. Thank you for taking my opinion under consideration. Minga Guerrero DC abowoman@... Minga Guerrero DC abowoman@...
