I guess I feel if the workouts are tough then I should feel them the next day more than I have been. I was going to go to the gym tonite for TK but my lower body is toast from running and step, so tonite it will be Pyramid Upper Body and Amy Bento's Abs and Strech dvd, which is a virgin. I haven't done PUB in a year or more so it will almost be like a virgin for me. I do remember being sore after doing that one, which is what I want right now! laura > > I don't think I ever got DOMS from this one (Shoulders > & Arms, either).
