The 3rd we went to a local stadium for a baseball game and fireworks.  I made

that my first cheat, 1 hotdog which I had with my protein shake.  I brought a

can of almonds with me in case I wanted to snack, which I didn't need. OMG!! The

EATING that goes on at a ballgame, we were there for about 5 hours and

EVERYONE around me ate nonstop, I love me a doughboy and was super jealous of

everyone eating fried dough but was happy I didn't.  Had to keep telling myself

that I didn't want it b/c I was hungry (I wasn't) I just wanted it b/c were at

the ballpark and it's what everyone thinks they're supposed to do.  Man was that

rough though!  Talk about obsessing over fried dough!! lol

 

Yesterday no cheats at all, no BBQs or family get togethers, it was raining here

yesterday.  Today, still raining and no plans so it'll be easy to eat on plan. 

Tomorrow, I am going to find a damn doughboy somewhere! lol  (I won't eat the

whole thing and will have some protein with it ha ha!)
