I missed my workout yesterday because I overslept. Why did I oversleep? Insomnia. Why did I have insomnia? Because of a late dinner. It's amazing how much one bad decision can screw me up. I wanted to do a workout when I got home, but work was so crazy yesterday that I never got a lunch break. I came home starving. I ate, and then that was that. I was still sleep deprived and cranky.

Sooooooo, last night I went to bed early. My dinner was light. I slept hard. I got up early this morning and did Slim Series Firm it Up. I stopped the workout a few times to do stretch breaks. I didn't use the chair for the standing work because I thought it would help with balance and foot flexibility. It felt nice.
