I did teach an awesome (if I say so myself!) spin class this AM. I did my 200crunches, 20 pushups (Still on knees!) and 30 squats prior to class. I was on a fitness challenge and did these little things every day during it and found it really helped. I am going back to this as I prep for another fitness challenge to start in Jan. Looking foward to ChaLEAN. I have been putting back $ 20 in savings from each paycheck for this release --- so when it comes out I am ready for the full package. Although I have the weighted gloves from other Turbo releases -- so if anyone wants mine - I will send them to them! I love bands and have some from the 10 min trainer as well but I may take my extras to work to have in the office for conference call bicep curls!I will be leaving Wed for the AKC Agility Invitational.
