Okay, I just read info on the TT site and really it sounds too good to be true.

Can someone who is slightly overweight really see good results working out 3 x

week at home? I have about 15 pounds that I am having difficulty dropping,

going to the gym is getting tougher and tougher. I need something that will

work and work fast! Could this be it? I'd love to hear from anyone who was not

already in great condition, who used this method and saw results.

I'm also looking at New Rules of Lifting for Women. However, it would require

me going to the gym, which is tough right now. Sigh... Any good info on one or

both would be appreciated.
