Hi Everyone,

This was a rough week for me. I am thinking T-Tapp messed me up - as I was recalling my whole downward spiral this morning, I remembered that last Friday I did T-Tapp's Primary Back Stretch twice before my workout. Then, if I'm recalling correctly, last Friday evening my lower back started to tighten up - which I think is what began my whole downward spiral that lasted until mid-week this past week. I'm a bit baffled about it b/c T_Tapp used to be very helpful for my back, so it is very confusing. I wonder if now that I my ROM is better that I'm overstretching? It really is confusing. It also doesn't help that I don't have a great rapport w/ my chiro - I've complained about him before, but the bottom line is he doesn't seem receptive to my asking questions. I am seriously thinking of trying someone else - the therapy he has provided has been helfpul, but if I don't feel comfortable w/ him and asking him

questions, what is the point? There is another practice that I found that is fairly convenient to me so I may give it a go. I'm not sure what his deal is - either he isn't trained in the things I'm asking him about, or he feels threatened by my questions? He acuses me of cross-examining him - well, I am - I don't understand this stuff so I have lots of follow-up questions and I do ask the same question in different ways to refine the answer. SHEESH!

Anyway, here's my check in from this past week:

Sunday - T-Tapp Instructional # 1, TM for 40 minutes, T-Tapp Hit the Floor

Monday - T-Tapp Instructional # 1 & # 2

Tuesday - T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus, TM - 40 min? (I can't really recall, things get foggy here!)

Wed - Rest

Thurs - AM Pilates/ Beginning Mat Work w/ Ana Caban (getting better!)

Friday - Bike 30 min, TM 15 min, Burnett Intermediate Pilates (much better!)

This week I plan to stick with the tried and true - Pilates, walking, etc.
