Guest guest Posted January 19, 2008 Report Share Posted January 19, 2008 Hi, I got my workout in this afternoon, that means no workouts tomorrow. I had down to do Cardio Party 2, but just wasn't in the mood so I decided to do 4 Day Split High Intensity Step. After that I did the calves from that series. I did all of it seated except for the when she holds the dumb bells. I don't really think I got near as much of a burn doing them seated. Maybe I wasn't doing them correct, I don't know. I burned 317 calories and this will of made my 7th workout with no breaks this week. I hope you all are enjoying the weekend. We're just trying to keep warm. It was 10 degrees today and tomorrow its suppose to be even colder. DH has a fire going and I got the electric blanket ready to go lol ~**~~**~Start the year off right.
