Guest guest Posted September 6, 2008 Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 , Today I did the Danny Sullivan Beginner's workout because I'm getting over a sore knee. I needed something more intense than I've been doing, but I figured his other workouts would be too much. I've never done his beginning workout before, but I found that I worked up a good sweat. The last time I checked, I think you were still doing his beginning workout but you had not moved on to the intermediate or advanced. Have you made any progress yet?
