or anyone that can help!

I am going to be perfectly honest with my eating and cardio

routine. Please tell me what I should change. I was extremely

dissappointed this morning. I was sure that I had lost some weight

this week. But it is the same it has been for the last 4 months. I

know that you shouldn't go stictly by weight and I don't but if it

isn't moving, something is wrong. I have NOT reached ideal weight

yet. I am 5'4 and 149 ibs. My body has reduced. There is no doubt

about that.

I upped my cardio to 40 minutes a session this week. I do not like

to run so I did a fast walk for the 40 minutes. Is that enough to

help anything. I read that fitness models sometimes do 2 sessions

of cardio a day. I know that cardio is one of the keys to fat loss.

Here is my eating yesterday. Now please understand that China does

not put nutrtion labels on anything so I am hoping that I am getting

in the ball park of what I should be eating.

M1 1/2 c. oatmeal and coffee with protein powder

M2 (after gym workout) protein drink and orange

M3 Chicken breast salad. (2 cups lettuce, jalepons, 8 almonds with

ff Italian dressing

M4 protein drink and 1 T. peanut butter

M5 chicken breast and 3/4 c. green beans

M6 1/3 c. cottage cheese and non fat yogurt

12-8 oz. glasses of water.

I don't have a lot of options for protein. That is why I did that

many protein drinks. Normally I don't do more than two.

I would appreciate your help. I have also cut out my free day for

this week. I want to see if that helps.

Thanks and have a great day!
