Goal 199.31 10% Weight Loss Goal 188.82 15% Weight Loss Goal 178.33 20% Weight Loss Goal 167.84 25% Weight Loss Goal 157.35 30% Weight Loss Goal 146.86 35% Weight Loss Goal 136.37 40% Weight Loss Goal 125.88 45% Weight Loss Goal 115.39 50% Weight Loss Goal 104.90 53.5% Weight Loss Goal 97.56 Waist Goal: 30 inches ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT RANGE: 97 - 123 lbs I gained again this week. I think it's because I've been drinking more water especially during and after working out. I will watch what I'm eating more this week and see but I'm pretty sure it's the water increase that's done it. Jen

Water's a good thing Jen (which I know you know). Your body should more happily release it's stores if properly hydrated. If you happened to have ate more last night, your body could have more water stored w/ glycogen. I believe it's 4 ounces of water for every 1 ounce of glycogen???
