I think it's because I've been drinking more water especially during and after working out. Guest guest Posted January 21, 2008 Report Share Posted January 21, 2008 Water's a good thing Jen (which I know you know). Your body should more happily release it's stores if properly hydrated. If you happened to have ate more last night, your body could have more water stored w/ glycogen. I believe it's 4 ounces of water for every 1 ounce of glycogen???
