Guest guest Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 I'm back from 10 days of conference/vacation. I only gained 5 pounds on the cruise so I'm happy. I was able to workout in the hotel 3 of the four days and on the cruise 2 of the 5 days. I also got in tons of walking/stair climbing. Ate what I wanted/ drank what I wanted. And I was surprise that most of the time I made healthy choices.
