Hi all,

After silently watching your vitamin D3 discussion, we gave it a go here. We are into about week 5, and these are our results. We are using the one from MM, not the drops but the 1000iu cap. 1 x daily.

1. Laughing every day - AMAZING

2. Smiling every day - AMAZING

3. General contentment, 'comfortable in her skin' - AMAZING

4. Pleasant and good social efforts. - AMAZING

5. Appropriateness

6. Increase in cognition

7. Improvement in ability to learn -

8. Old memories being verbalised for the first time - GOBSMACKED

9. Lots and lots of viral rashes

10. Lots of yeast

11. Development of warts on her hands - FIRST

Initial irritability and lots and lots of unprovoked tears. Separation anxiety periodically pops back up again.

I have experimented with it, and on the days when I have missed it out, she is DEFINATELY less happy.

When I give her the morning dose, it usually increases her happiness within the hour. It's like watching a treatment for depression working immediately.

School have asked me what I have done to her because they see her as completely different than before Christmas. It is the general pleasantness and laughing that is so special. She is making fantastic progress on SCD, but she was still grumpy a lot of the time. I would say that the VitD3 has brought sunshine to the house!

Anyway, a practical question. What else am I supposed to give with it??? She is pressing her eyes and looking calcium toxic, so I am obviously missing something. Is it just a dose reduction needed? Have stopped it for now. Tried to look on the Vit D3 group, but not accepted as a member yet.

Thanks all,

Joy x
