Couldn't fall asleep last night and then around 4 am I got woken up to very LOUD thunder and lightening, wind, and rain. I laid there until it passed then got up (5:20) So I'm tired, but will survive. I did Pyramid Upper Body. Here's how it went. Chest- flys, chest press- 15/20/25/20/15 (stopped in the middle of the 25's and then struggled with the 20's on the pyramid down) I think I messed up on what I thought I could lift here. Back- pullovers/double arm rows- 15/20/25/20/15 Shoulders-rear delt/lateral raise/front raise- 3/5/7/5/3 Triceps-kickbacks- 3/5/8/5/3 seated overhead extension 15/20/25/20/15 Biceps-hammer curl/traditional curl- 8/10/12/10/8 I didn't do the abs.
