Hi,

Today I did Tamilee's Tighter Assets Cardio Blast - a 30 minute interval-ish workout (but not nearly as tough as Cathe's or Gin 's interval routines) followed by Tamilee's 30 min. Stretch for Beginners. A good combo for a bit of cardio and stretching today. I am definately feeling it from doing the FIRM Classics this week. I'm a bit sore all over. Tomorrow, I had planned to do Volume 2, but I have an early meeting for work, so I may do Volume 4 (Time Crunch) instead. V4, as I recall is quite challenging if you heavy up the weights and you get a good workout done in about 40 minutes. If, by chance I have the time in the morning, I may just do V2, but we'll see.
