Guest guest Posted November 18, 2008 Report Share Posted November 18, 2008 Hi Everyone, Today was Pilates - I did 10 Min Solution Rapid Results Pilates w/ Lara Hudson. This one is a good compliment to the 10 Min Solution Pilates as differrent (more "reformer" inspired) exercises are shown as opposed to the more 'classical' matwork in the 10 min Solution Pilates. I did all 5 segments and felt pretty good about it!later today I'll get some push-ups in and this evening, since DH is working evenings this week, I'd like to get a relaxing yoga practice in. I also would like to continue to declutter closets - we'll see what wins out! (Last night, laying in bed w/ a book won!)
