Thinking too much again

So I'm almost 4 weeks into challenge 2.  I've done 3 weeks of RCR without much

change in scale weight or measurements.  I really paid attention to what I was

eating this weekend and have identified my free days are becoming free weekends

and that it " might " be part of the problem.  I can't say for sure b/c although I

did eat for no reason, I didn't total up the calories to see if I ate myself out

of my deficit.  I've also had a bout of lazy work outs on cardio days but still

doing the RCR circuits, 2 times with no rest, skipping the movment prep.  I

think it's coming down to my eating and perhaps my cardio not being intense

enough?  Any input? 

 

Also Diane M - I know you're half way through C2 - did you change anything you

ate?  And if it's not too much trouble for everyone, can you give me an idea of

what your eating days look like?  I just want to see if I'm far off from what

others are doing.  3 weeks without much change is making me rethink things.  I'm

hoping getting rid of the " cheat weekends " will do it but trying to prepare

myself in case it doesn't work.  

 

I see so many of you ladies loseing scale weight and inches so fast and I know

everyone is different but wondering if I'm doing something else wrong (besides

not paying attention on the weekends).
