Or (gasp) weekends ..

Of course its the first place to scrutinize when the scale doesnt seem

to be co-operating. Like its still the calories in/calories out theory

of relativity of energy vs fat cells. ;-)

It reminds me of 's recounting what a typical 'cheat' day was like

at one time and how easy it is to shoot oneself in the foot:

An alternative 'cheat day' should be say eating your regular (weekday)

meal plan and adding in one nicer dessert (think maybe an additional

500 calorie bonus max). No overboard, no AM to PM grazing, no MINDless

eating or stuffing till nearly sick to 'make up' for the week.

Commit to changing your eating habits - as they say 'its not Body for

12 weeks, its Body for LIFE'.

I felt like I was getting away with something when I'd go off on my weekends not

paying attention and then the scale and measurements would show no damage.  Of

course, I didn't realize how bad my weekend eating was getting til just now when

I entered everything in.  OMG...ever do something so obviously cuckoo yet ignore

it anyway!! lol
